12.2.25. Removal and installation of window frames of door assembliesForward doors
Order of removal of a window frame of a forward door

- Remove glass of a door window (see. Sections Removal and installation of window frames of door assemblies and Removal and installation of elements of a glazing of a body).
- Liberate from a window aperture a rubber sealant (1), - in case of need prepare a replaceable sealing element.
- Turn out screws (shooters) of fastening of a window frame (2).
- Liberate from clamps and remove a facing frame (3) window apertures.
- Turn out screws (4) at the left and on the right in the lower part of a frame (2), then take the last from a window aperture, having pulled up and outside.
- Installation is made upside-down, - the facing frame should be established before frame fixing.
- In summary make sure of smoothness of a course of lowering / поднимания door glass.

- Remove an internal upholstery of a door (see. Section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies).
- Remove the bottom sealing element (1) window aperture, - try not to break off a uvula of a forward clamp. The damaged sealant is subject to replacement.
- Liberate from a window aperture a rubber sealant (2).
- Turn out bolts (shooters) of fastening of a frame (3).
- Release clamps and remove a facing frame (4).
- Establish into place a rubber sealant (2) and completely lift glass (8).
- Accurately remove a film insulating cover of a door (see. The section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies), - it is necessary to replace the damaged film.
- Turn out fixing bolts (5 and 6) at the left and on the right in the lower part of a frame (3).
- Take measures against falling of glass and turn out screws (7) of its fastening to a regulator.
- Having submitted outside, accurately take a frame (3) assembled with glass (8) from a window aperture.
- Installation is made upside-down, - the facing frame should be established before frame fixing.
