12.2.23. Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assembliesForward doors

- Remove the internal handle of a door (see. Section Removal and installation of internal door handles).
- 3 On models 463.246/249 unscrew the lock handle (And).
- Remove caps (2) and turn out screws (7) of fastening of the door handle (3).
- By means of a suitable wedge separate the obivochny panel (1) from a doorframe in the locations of clamps (8), estimate a condition of the liberated clamps, the broken elements replace.
- Disunite electric sockets (10) groups of switches of management of functioning by electric drives of window regulators (S21/1) and seats (S91).
- Estimate a condition of an insulating film slip, in case of need replace the last.

The order of performance of procedure is similar described above for forward doors. Do not forget to fix at assembly electroconducting of the module of management (N69/3 or N69/4) a binding (And).

- On models of the corresponding complete set turn out screws (1) fastening of the bottom section (4) obivochny panels.
- Dismantle caps and turn out screws (8) fastenings of the door handle (2).
- Having slightly wrung out an upholstery in the lock direction, uncover (3) internal handles of a door.
- Hooking a wedge in the locations of clamps (arrow), separate the obivochny panel (4) from a doorframe, drown the button (5) of the uniform lock, then submit the panel up and finally remove.
- Release the central clamps of fastening of the top section (6) obivochny panels.
- Unscrew the left and right finishing panels of a window (7).
- Estimate a condition of an insulating film slip, in case of need replace the last.
- Installation is made upside-down, - the clamps damaged during an otpuskaniye are subject to replacement without fail.
