 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an internal upholstery and an insulating film of a door (see. The section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies), - it is necessary to replace the damaged film.
  2. Remove a window frame (see. Section Removal and installation of window frames of door assemblies).
  3. Uncover (1) zamkovy assembly.
  4. Release a fastening clamp to the lock (8) drafts (3) internal handles and disconnect draft, - in case of need prepare a replaceable clamp.
  5. Disconnect from the lock (8) drafts (2 and 4), - the damaged clamps also are subject to replacement.
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (5) and remove the activator of the uniform lock (M14/6).
  7. Remove the external handle of a door (see. Section Removal and installation of external door handles).
  8. Turn out screws (7) and remove zamkovy assembly (8).
  9. Installation is made upside-down.

Back doors

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  3. Remove the internal handle (see. Section Removal and installation of internal door handles).
  4. Remove the lock activator (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
  5. Turn out fixing screws (1) and remove zamkovy assembly (2).
  6. Disconnect draft (3) activators of the uniform lock.
  7. Remove a clamp (4) and disconnect draft (6) internal handles.
  8. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to check a condition of a safety lock (5), in case of need make its replacement.

Folding board

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a back cover and a tool box in a folding board.
  2. Dismantle rivets (2 and 3) and take the plastic loose leaf (1).
  3. Remove a clamp (4) driving drafts (5) and disconnect the last from the lever 6/activator (M14/7).
  4. Turn out screws (12) and remove a carving plate (11). Having pulled in the arrow direction, liberate a latch (9) left locks from a door. Release a clamp (10) and finally remove a latch (9).
  5. Release a clamp and separate draft (13) from the lever (14).
  6. Give fixing nuts (15) and, having submitted down, remove zamkovy assembly assembled with a latch (8) and a sealing element.
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing of laying.
