12.2.19. Removal and installation of external door handles

Forward doors

Details of installation of the external handle of a forward door

1 — the Insulating film 2, 3 — Bolts 4 — the Handle	5, 6 — Sealing elements And — the Control size

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Turn out a bolt (3) fastenings of the handle (4) to zamkovy assembly. Remove an internal upholstery and a film insulating cover (1) (see. The section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies), - it is necessary to replace the damaged film. Turn out a fixing bolt (2) and remove the door handle (4), - in case of need prepare replaceable sealing elements (5 and 6). Installation is made upside-down, - previously adjust the size (And) between a contact surface of the handle and an executive bolt of the door lock.

Back doors

Details of installation of the external handle of a back door

1, 2 — Bolts 3 — the Handle	4, 5 — Sealing elements And — the Control size

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the panel of an internal upholstery (see. Section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies). Turn out bolts (1 and 2) and remove the handle. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to adjust the control size (And) (see above paragraph 4).

Back door

The order of performance of procedure is similar described above for a back door.
