Forward doors
Details of installation of a windowpane of a forward door

- Remove an internal upholstery and an insulating overlay of a door (see. The section Removal and installation of an internal upholstery of door assemblies), - the damaged slip should be replaced.
- Partially (approximately on a course half) lower a windowpane (3).
- Having taken measures against glass falling, turn out fixing screws (1).
- Remove a sealing element (2), - try not to break off a uvula of a forward clamp. The damaged sealant should be replaced.
- Having pulled up with turn on 90 °, take glass (3) of a window aperture.
- installation is made upside-down, - the tightening of fixing screws (1) should be made only after glass (3) will be leveled in a window aperture.
- In summary make sure of smoothness of a course of lowering / поднимания door glass.

Removal

- Accurately disunite the electric socket of the aerial (A2/33) pasted on glass.

- Fix on glass (1) sucker of a stripper.
- Hooking a suitable wedge and at the same time extending a stripper outside, liberate glass (1) assembled with a rubber sealant (2) of a window aperture.
- In case of need remove a sealant (2) and replace glass (1). The damaged sealant (2) also is subject to replacement.

Installation

- Fill an adjusting cord in a flute of a rubber sealant (2).
- Grease a sealant (2) suitable structure (000 989 11 60).
- By means of the assistant press glass (1) outside to a landing flange of a window aperture and begin filling of a sealant (2) on a flange by a cord pulling inside (begin from below), - watch correctness of landing of a sealant.
- In summary connect electroconducting to the aerial (A2/33).

- Fix suckers of a stripper (1) on glass (3) and liberate last of a window aperture in a body element.
- In case of need remove a sealant (2) and replace glass (3). The damaged sealant (2) also is subject to replacement.

- Remove the sensor of intensity of sunlight (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
- Remove the rain sensor (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
- Take away from glass levers of screen wipers.
- Cut off an open rubber sealant of a sealing frame (1).
- Having used the help of the assistant, вытолкните glass (2) outside from a window aperture also remove it from the car, - do not forget to disunite the push-button socket (7) of electroconducting of the antenna amplifier (A2/65) on the right on the glass (2) panel.

- Fill an adjusting cord (3) in a landing cut of a sealing frame (1).

- Enter glue (4) into a gap between a sealing frame (1) and glass (2) on all perimeter of a window aperture. Surplus of glutinous weight at once give.
- Duration of polymerization of glue makes 12 hours on which expiration screen wipers can be lowered into position.
