9.3.8. Removal, installation and adjustment of executive cylinders and components of the mechanism of a drive of blocking of interwheel differentials

Details of installation of the executive cylinder (1) drive of blocking of differential of the forward bridge

Adjustment of the executive cylinder (1) drive of blocking of differential of the forward bridge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect from assembly of the executive cylinder (1) hydraulic line, - at once закупорьте the open ends of the line and shtutserny knot for the purpose of prevention of an effluence of brake liquid.
  2. Release a cap nut and disconnect electroconducting.
  3. Mark adjusting position of the cylinder (1) concerning a bridge sleeve.
  4. Turn out fixing screws and remove the cylinder (1).
  5. Establish the cylinder on the regular place according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle.
  6. If cylinder dismantling (was made see. The section Dismantling and assembly of the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential) or replacement of components of the mechanism of blocking of differential (see below), make the corresponding adjustment (see further).
  7. Screw in the cylinder (1) sensor switch of pressure (2) and tighten it with initial effort.
  8. Fix the cylinder (1) on a bridge case so that there was a possibility of correction of its situation.
  9. Activate the cylinder and fix the kulachkovy coupling.
  10. Correct position of the cylinder so that it rested against the coupling, - at an otpuskaniye the cylinder should not be displaced back under the influence of the effort developed by an internal spring.
  11. Tighten the cylinder with demanded effort.
  12. Finally tighten the pressure sensor switch.
  13. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and the hydraulic line.
  14. In summary make air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differential (see. The section air Removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differentials).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the executive cylinder (1) (see above).
  2. Remove a sharnirny casing (3) assembled with a power shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts of the forward bridge).
  3. Remove differential assembled with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (4) (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  4. Remove the coupling of the mechanism of switching (5), having slightly extended it assembled with a tube (6) then having unhooked.
  5. Lift the receiver (6).
  6. Remove from a tube (6) polyamide rings.
  7. Carefully wipe the removed components the failed components replace.
  8. Establish polyamide rings, previously having greased their rubbing surfaces.
  9. Establish a tube of the mechanism of switching (6).
  10. Pick up the coupling (5) and push together with a tube before emergence of an adjusting nest in an opening of a sleeve of a case of the bridge (see an illustration below).
  11. Establish assembly of differential (4).
  12. Establish a sharnirny casing (3) assembled with a power shaft (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts forward bridge).
  13. Establish the executive cylinder (see above).

Adjustment of the executive cylinder (1) drive of blocking of differential of the back bridge


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Disconnect from assembly of the executive cylinder (3) the hydraulic line (4), - at once закупорьте the open ends of the line and shtutserny knot for the purpose of prevention of an effluence of brake liquid.
  2. Release a cap nut (5) and disconnect electroconducting.
  3. Mark adjusting position of the cylinder (3) concerning a bridge sleeve.
  4. Turn out fixing screws and remove the cylinder (3).
  5. Level an adjusting nest (6) couplings of switching on the aperture center in a case sleeve.
  6. Establish the cylinder (3) on the regular place according to the landing labels put in the course of dismantle, - do not forget to replace sealing laying (1). Screw fixing bolts, - the lever of switching should get to an adjusting nest of a tube thus that there should be a possibility of correction of position of the cylinder.
  7. Having submitted hydraulic or pneumatic pressure, force the cylinder to work, then, feats, rest it against the kulachkovy coupling (shooter), - at the same time turn semi-axes before activation of blocking of differential.
  8. Tighten fixing bolts with demanded effort, then dump hydraulic/pneumatic pressure.
  9. Повращав semi-axes make sure of serviceability of blocking of differential.
  10. Restore initial connection of electroconducting and the hydraulic line.
  11. In summary make air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differential (see. The section air Removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differentials).
