9.1.3. Air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differentials

Air removal from a hydraulic path of a drive of blocking of differentials

1 — the Executive cylinder of the forward bridge
2 — the Executive cylinder of the back bridge

3 — the Tank of hydraulic liquid

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Operating strictly according to instructions of manufacturers, connect the device for filling of brake liquid to the tank (3) hydraulic liquids of a drive of blocking of differentials.

The working pressure should make 2 atm.

  1. Release the pumping gate on the executive cylinder at first forward (1), then back (2) bridges, - it is possible to consider procedure finished when via the gate about 80 cm3 of free liquid from air bubbles will be let out.
  2. Track, that gates of pumping were tightened with demanded effort.
  3. Disconnect the equipment and check liquid level in the tank (3), in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head Current leaving and service).
