9.3.11. Dismantling and assembly of naves of forward wheels

Design of stupichny assembly of a forward wheel

1 — the Nave
2 — Poliuretanovoye a sealing ring

3 — Konusny the roller bearing

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a nave (1) (see. Section Removal and installation of naves of forward wheels).
  2. Remove from a nave pin the konusny roller bearing (3).
  3. Remove a poliuretanovy sealing ring (2), - are subject to replacement without fail.
  4. Installation is made upside-down, do not forget to grease before installation the NEW poliuretanovy ring (2) and the bearing (3). In a cavity in a sharnirny casing between konusny roller bearings also fill about 80 grams of universal greasing.
