 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Merge from a bridge case oil (see. The section Check and adjustment oil level/replacement in assemblies of bridges).
  2. To Otboltita also uncover (1).
  3. Remove assemblies of both power shafts with sharnirny casings (see. Section Removal and installation of power shafts of the forward bridge).
  4. Previously having marked (complete with adjusting washers and external holders), remove assembly brackets (2).
  5. By means of the special adaptation (460 589 05 31 00) unclench a case of a reducer and take from it differential assembled with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (3).
  6. Carefully wipe the removed components, defective
  7. Installation is made upside-down.

At installation of a cover (1) do not use any hermetics. Do not forget the conclusion to check size of resistance of bearings a provorachivaniya and люфта gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer (see illustrations above). Also estimate characteristics of spots of contact (see. Section Check of correctness of gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer). Track, that the drain stopper of a case was tightened with demanded effort.
