9.3.6. Replacement of epiploons of leading gear wheels of the main transfers

Details of installation of sealing elements of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer

1 — the Adjusting washer
2 — the Ring
3 — Maslootrazhatel
4 — Kompressionnoye a ring
5 — the Sealing ring

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a connecting flange (see. Section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. Remove internal (6) and external (7) epiploons.
  3. Remove a sealing ring (5).
  4. Having slightly greased with liquid oil, establish a new ring (5).
  5. By means of a special opravka (460 589 15 15 00) plant on the regular places new epiploons (6 and 7).

Rings without an obrezinenny external edge are put on hermetic. The epiploon (6) is established with filling of a disk of an opravka, (7) - without disk filling.

  1. Fill space between a boot and sealing sponges of an external epiploon (7) light greasing. With the same greasing slightly grease sealing sponges and a spring dilator.
  2. Establish into place a connecting flange (see. Section Check of concentricity of landing of connecting flanges of leading gear wheels of the main transfers).
