9.3.19. Dismantling and assembly of interwheel differentials

Peredny Bridge

Design of interwheel differential of the forward bridge

1 — the Conducted gear wheel of the main transfer
2 — Konusnye roller bearings
3 — a differential Box

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove differential assembled with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. Turn out fixing bolts and remove a conducted gear wheel (1).
  3. By means of a suitable stripper dismantle konusny roller bearings (2).
  4. Uncover a box of differential (3), - mark the provision of spherical washers, gear wheels and a crosspiece from each other and concerning a box. Also mark the provision of a cover concerning a box.
  5. Remove one of lateral gear wheels (4) with an adjusting washer.
  6. Take assembly of a crosspiece (5) with satellites (6).
  7. Remove satellites (6) with spherical washers (7).
  8. Remove the second lateral gear wheel (4).
  9. Carefully wipe the removed components, defective details replace.
  10. Installation is made upside-down, - adjusting washers should be developed by flutes to lateral gear wheels. Track correctness of combination of the adjusting labels put in the course of dismantle. Before installation of conic bearings check resistance lateral to a gear wheel a provorachivaniya, - in case of need pick up replaceable adjusting washers.

Before a napressovka bearings should be warmed up to order temperature 80°С, - bearings should be planted end-to-end with differential gear wheels.

Zadny Bridge

Design of interwheel differential of the back bridge

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove differential assembled with a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of interwheel differentials with conducted gear wheels of the main transfers).
  2. By means of a suitable stripper dismantle the konusny roller bearing (2) (from a conducted gear wheel).
  3. Turn out fixing bolts and remove from a box (3) conducted gear wheel (1).
  4. By means of a suitable stripper dismantle the konusny roller bearing (12) (from a box).
  5. Previously having marked adjusting situation, separate from a box (3) cover (10).
  6. Remove the first lateral gear wheel (4) with a persistent washer (9).
  7. Take a crosspiece (5) with satellites (6) and spherical washers (7).
  8. Take the second lateral gear wheel (4) with a washer (9).
  9. Carefully wipe the removed components, defective details replace.
  10. Installation is made upside-down, - adjusting washers should be developed by flutes to lateral gear wheels. Track correctness of combination of the adjusting labels put in the course of dismantle. Before installation of conic bearings check resistance of differential to a provorachivaniye (before a napressovka konusny bearings should be warmed up to order temperature 80°С, - bearings should be planted end-to-end with differential gear wheels).

Thinner adjusting washer should be established from a conducted gear wheel for the purpose of providing sufficient люфта gearings.
