3.25. Replacement of liquid of a drive of blocking of differential

Do not apply brake liquid repeatedly being in the use! The used brake liquid is easy for distinguishing from fresh on more dark color.

At all do not merge brake liquid in the sewerage and do not throw out in containers for a household waste! Inofrmatsy by rules of utilization of technical liquids can be received at car repair shops.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Unscrew a cover of the tank of hydraulic liquid of a drive of blocking of differential.

    and — Location of the tank (1) hydraulic liquid of a drive of blocking of differentials on release models to 12.2000 g.
    b — Location of the tank (1) hydraulic liquid of a drive of blocking of differentials on release models from 12.2000 g.

  1. By means of a syringe or a rubber pear pump out from the tank liquid.
  2. Connect to the tank the special device for pumping of a path and connect a pressure head hose.
  3. Operating according to instructions of manufacturers, establish in the device for pumping working pressure.
  1. Remove from the gate of pumping (2) on the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential a protective cap, pull on the gate a hose which second end lower in drain capacity.
  1. Release the gate and hold its opened until fresh brake liquid will not start to follow from a drain hose pure, free from air bubbles.
  2. Tighten the gate, remove a hose and plant into place a dustproof cap.
  3. Disconnect from the tank a pressure head hose and the device for pumping, turn out the connecting socket.
  4. Add in the tank fresh hydraulic liquid, having finished its level to «maximum» mark, then screw a cover.
