Details of installation of an air purifier (М612)

Replacement of a filtering element (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Disconnect electroconducting from the termoanemometrichesky MAF sensor (B2/5).
  3. Remove an air inlet (1).
  4. Remove a sleeve (2) fences of air of a path of pressurization, - in case of need prepare a replaceable fixing collar.
  5. Turn out fixing bolts (4) and remove the top section (cover) (3) casings of an air purifier (11).
  6. Take filtering element (5).
  7. Dismantle from a cover of a head of cylinders rubber sealing rings (6), - the damaged rings are subject to replacement.
  8. In case of need turn out fixing bolts (8) with washers (9) and remove the bottom section (7) of a casing of an air purifier (11).
  9. Installation is made upside-down, - before installation of a filtering element (5) clean the pyleotvodyashchy valve (10), do not forget to null after replacement of an element the indication of the service indicator.

Air inlet assembly with the sensor of measurement of weight of air (MAF)

  1. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Disunite the socket (1) electroconducting of the MAF sensor.
  3. Disconnect a sleeve (2), turn out bolts (3) and uncover an air purifier (4).
  4. Turn out bolts (5) and separate from a cover (4) air purifiers an air inlet with the built-in MAF sensor (B2/6), - check a condition of a sealing ring, in case of need prepare a replaceable element.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
  6. In summary make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

The sensor of temperature of soaked-up air (IAT)

Details of installation of the IAT sensor (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case.
  2. Disunite the socket (1) electroconducting of the IAT sensor (В17).
  3. Compress fixing brackets (arrows) and remove the IAT sensor (В17).

In order to avoid damage of fixing brackets do not remove and do not establish the IAT sensor with the connected electroconducting, - in case of damage of brackets the sensor is subject to replacement without fail!

  1. Installation is made upside-down.
  2. In summary make cleaning of memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Air line of a path of pressurization

Details of installation of components of an inlet air path (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  2. Remove an aspiratorny sleeve (1).
  3. Disconnect from a turbokompressor an air sleeve (2), - do not forget to disconnect electroconducting (3) and a hose (4) ventilations of a case.
  4. Remove ventilyatorny assembly of system of cooling (see. The head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning), - do not forget to establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (the equipped suitable basic arm metal or plastic plate in the size of 400x680x1 mm).
  5. Remove a hose of an okhladitelny path (5).
  6. Disconnect a hose of an okhladitelny path (6) from the water pump.
  7. Release a collar (9) and remove an air sleeve (7), - presence at a sleeve of insignificant amount of oil is admissible and speaks normal functioning of system of ventilation of a case.
  8. Turn out bolts (10), release a bolt (11) and remove an air line (12) paths of pressurization.
  9. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to check a condition of sealing rings (8), in case of need make replacement. Track correctness of landing of a fixing collar (9).

Mixing chamber

Details of installation of the mixing chamber of an air path (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the panel (1) furnish of the air distributor.
  2. Disconnect a vacuum hose (2).
  3. Release a spring lock ring (6) and disconnect from the mixing chamber (4) an air sleeve (3), - prepare a replaceable sealing ring (5).
  4. Remove the mixing chamber (4), - do not forget to prepare a replaceable sealing element (7).
  5. Dismantle a branch pipe (8).
  6. Carefully smooth out a landing surface of the mixing chamber.
  7. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of landing of a spring lock ring (6).

  1. Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
  2. Remove panels (1 and 2) furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  3. On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
  4. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  5. Remove protection of a case.
  6. Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  7. On models of the corresponding complete set (H12 code) remove an additional heater (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Remove a fuel (3) cooler.
  9. Remove the device of heating of fuel (4).
  10. Remove the fuel highway (5) (see. Section Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles).
  11. Remove from the highway bearing assembly brackets (5).
  12. Remove the main fuel filter (6).
  13. To Otboltita top support (7) air distributors (8).
  14. By means of the manual pump pump out hydraulic liquid from the tank of the steering pump (11) (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  15. Disconnect from the steering pump (11) a hydraulic hose (10), - at once закупорьте the open ends of a hose and shtutserny connection.
  16. Remove the tank of the steering pump (9) (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering).
  17. Disconnect vacuum lines on the control unit of the mixing chamber.

  19. Remove the mixing chamber (13) (see above).
  20. Dismantle a branch pipe (14), - prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  21. Remove a thermostat casing (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  22. Remove a basic arm (15) fastenings to the air distributor (8) a path of system of a retsirkulyatsiya of the fulfilled gases (EGR).
  23. Disconnect the electroconducting laid behind the air distributor (8) (a heater, the CKP sensor and a drive of shutdown of inlet port).
  24. To Otboltita the air distributor (8) from the bottom basic arm (16).
  25. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that all landing surfaces were smoothed out very carefully, do not forget to replace the failed sealing elements.

Turbokompressor

Details of installation of a turbokompressor (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Remove an air purifier (see above).
  3. Remove protection of a case.
  4. Disconnect submitting vacuum line (1) from a transdyuser (Y31/5) of management of pressure of pressurization.
  5. Remove an air line of a path of pressurization (see above).
  6. Remove a collar (2) fastenings of a turbokompressor (3) to the primary catalytic converter (4), - prepare a replaceable sealing cone (5).
  7. For Otboltita the maslopodayushchy line (6) from an engine and turbokompressor (3) case, - prepare replaceable sealing elements.
  8. To Otboltita a basic arm (7) from the bottom party of a turbokompressor (3).
  9. Remove a collar (8) fastenings of the primary catalytic converter (4) to a pipe of system of production of the fulfilled gases (10), - prepare a replaceable sealing cone (5).
  10. Separate the primary catalytic converter (4) from an engine case.
  11. Turn out bolts of fastening of a turbokompressor (3) to a final collector.
  12. Having submitted up, take a turbokompressor (3) of an impellent compartment together with the drainage oil line (11), - prepare a replaceable sealing element.
  13. Disconnect from a turbokompressor (3) drainage line (10), - prepare for collecting spilled oil, in case of need prepare a replaceable sealing element.
  14. Installation is made upside-down. Track, that the turbokompressor fastened on an arm (7) without distortions and tension.
  15. In summary check level of the corresponding working liquids and make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Cooler of air of pressurization

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case.
  2. Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  3. Remove a radiator (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  4. Release fixing collars (3) and remove left (2) and the right (1) air inlets, - in case of need make replacement of a sealing ring.

Presence at sleeves of insignificant amount of oil is admissible and speaks normal functioning of system of ventilation of a case.

  1. Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (4 and 5).
  2. Previously having marked sockets, disconnect electroconducting from sensors of temperature of cooling liquid (6 and 7).
  3. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of pressure of pressurization (8).
  4. Give nuts (10) and remove a basic arm (9).
  5. Remove fixing collars (11) and dismantle a cooler of air of pressurization (12), - the cooler should be separated at first from an arm, then to pull up and outside.
  6. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing of fixing collars (3).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Having pulled up, uncover the power unit with the built-in air purifier (1).
  2. Turn out fixing bolts (2), release clamps (3) and remove finishing panels (4/1 and 4/2).
  3. Take filtering element (5) and establish instead of it replaceable, - track correctness of landing of an element.
  4. Further installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components.

  5. Compress fixing brackets (arrows) and remove the IAT sensor (В17).

In order to avoid damage of assembly brackets (3) do not remove and do not establish the IAT sensor with the connected electroconducting, - in case of damage of brackets the sensor is subject to replacement without fail!

  4. Uncover (3) casings of the oil filter.
  5. Remove the block of an additional heater (А6) (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  6. Turn out bolts (5), release one nut on a longitudinal beam of a frame, disconnect from a frame a basic arm (6) and remove the thermofilter (4).
  7. Turn out a bolt (7) and remove a casing of ventilyatorny assembly (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (the equipped suitable basic arm metal or plastic plate in the size of 400x680x1 mm).
  9. Remove the left bottom air line (see below).
  10. Turn out bolts (8) from a connecting flange (9) okhladitelny paths.
  11. Release a collar (10) and remove the left inlet sleeve of a path of pressurization of air (1).

Left bottom air line

  3. Liberate an air inlet (10) in a wheel arch.
  4. Remove a casing of ventilyatorny assembly (see. The head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning) also establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (the equipped suitable basic arm metal or plastic plate in the size of 400x680x1 mm).
  5. Remove the block of an additional heater (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  6. Turn out bolts (14), release one nut on a longitudinal beam of a frame, disconnect from a frame a basic arm (13) and remove the thermofilter (12).
  7. Turn out bolts (3 and 5) and remove connecting plates (4 and 6).
  8. Press a low-pressure head hose of the tank of the steering pump (16) and disconnect from the last a high-pressure head hose (15), - prepare for collecting spilled hydraulic liquid, at once закупорьте the open ends of the line and the connecting union.
  9. Turn out fixing bolts (9), then delay an air line (1) assembled with a connecting branch pipe (2) from a turbokompressor (8) and a cooler of air of pressurization (7) and remove it, having submitted forward.
  10. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need replace sealing rings (1а and 2а).
  11. In summary do not forget to remove air from GUR path (see. Head Suspension bracket and steering).

Right bottom air line

  8. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need replace sealing rings (1а and 2а).

  10. Turn out bolts (4а and 4с) and remove the top half of the left section of the air distributor (4), - prepare replaceable sealing laying (4b).
  11. Remove the vacuum block (21/7).
  12. Turn out bolts (3а and 3с) and remove the top half of the right section of the air distributor (3), - prepare replaceable sealing laying (3b).
  13. Disconnect vacuum hoses from vacuum control units (5с and 6с).
  14. Remove EGR (7) cooler (see. Section Removal and installation of a cooler of EGR).
  15. Turn out bolts (5а and 6а) and remove airdistributing highways (5 and 6) with drives of shutdown of inlet ports.
  16. Installation is made upside-down.

  7. Turn out bolts (12 and 13) and disconnect EGR (3) tube, - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.
  8. Separate an air line (2) from intermediate sleeves (14 and 15), prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  9. Disconnect electroconducting from the activator of a drive of a butterfly valve (M16/5).
  10. Remove the IAT sensor (see above).
  11. Having pulled, separate the activator (M16/5) from a cooler of air of pressurization and remove it assembled with air lines (1 and 2) and EGR (3) tube, - in case of need prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  12. Installation is made upside-down, - the damaged sealing elements should be replaced.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  2. Remove protection of a case.
  3. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
  4. Remove catalytic a converter/lobby section of system of production of the fulfilled gases (see. The section Removal and installation of system of production of the fulfilled gases).
  5. Remove an air purifier and an air inlet assembled with the MAF sensor (see above).
  6. Remove a casing of ventilyatorny assembly (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  7. Remove right the bottom air line (9) and an entrance sleeve of system of pressurization (10) (see above).
  8. Remove a starter (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
  9. Remove the thermofilter in an arch of the right forward wheel.
  10. Give a nut (1) on a final collector and a bolt (2) lines of supply of oil (110/3) on a head of cylinders, - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.

Самоконтрящаяся the nut (1) is subject to replacement without fail, in case of need replace also a bolt.

  1. Turn out bolts (3) fastenings to a turbokompressor (110) lines of removal of oil (110/4) and delay the last from the engine, - prepare for collecting spilled oil and pick up replaceable sealing laying (from a turbokompressor) and a sealant (from the engine).
  2. Turn out a bolt (4) on a support (5) turbokompressor (110).
  3. Turn out bolts (6), disunite the socket (7) and liberate from clamps an electroconducting plait (8).
  4. Having submitted back, remove a turbokompressor (110), then отболтите from it the line of supply of oil (110/3), - prepare replaceable sealing laying.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
  6. In summary check levels of the corresponding working liquids, in case of need make adjustment.

Left turbokompressor

  9. Remove the thermofilter in an arch of the left forward wheel.
  10. Give a nut (1) on a final collector and a bolt (2) lines of supply of oil (110/3) on a head of cylinders, - prepare a replaceable sealing ring.

Самоконтрящаяся the nut (1) is subject to replacement without fail, in case of need replace also a bolt.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
  2. Remove an air purifier (see above).
  3. Remove protection of a case.
  4. Establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (the equipped suitable basic arm metal or plastic plate in the size of 400x680x1 mm).
  5. Turn out bolts (5).
  6. Give a nut (4а), turn out a bolt (4b) and remove a basic arm (4с).
  7. Empty cooling system (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
  8. Disconnect lines of an okhladitelny path (8, 9 and 10).
  9. Turn out bolts (15 and 6) and remove connecting plates (16 and 7).
  10. Turn out bolts (11) and separate an air line (1) assembled with an intermediate sleeve (2) from assembly of a cooler of air of pressurization (4).
  11. Separate from an air line (1) and remove an intermediate sleeve (2).
  12. Separate a cooler (4) from the activator of a drive of a butterfly valve (M16/5) with an intermediate air line (3) and take it from an impellent compartment.
  13. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace the failed sealing elements (2а and 3а).
  14. In summary fill cooling system, modify level of cooling liquid and check a system path on existence of signs of development of leaks.
