6.3.7. Air removal from a contour of low pressure of a fuel path

On a M612 engine example

Air removal from a contour of low pressure of a fuel path (on a M612 engine example)

1 — the Union of the returnable fuel line
2 — the Ventilating hose

3 — the Ventilating pump

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Disconnect from the union (1) line of return of fuel.
  3. Connect to the released union (1) ventilating hose (2).
  4. Connect to a lighter nest ventilating pump (3).
  5. Carry out airing procedure until fuel in a final stream will not cease to bubble.
  6. Disconnect the pump (3) and restore initial connection of lines of communication.
  7. Installation of the removed components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle.
