6.3.14. Removal and installation of a cooler of fuel

Details of installation of a cooler of fuel on models 463.323 (М612)

1 — the Hose of supply of fuel
2 — the Hose of removal of fuel
3 — the Hose of supply of cooling liquid

4 — the Hose of removal of cooling liquid
5 — a fuel Cooler
7 — Fixing bolts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
  2. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  3. Merge cooling liquid from a radiator.
  4. Disconnect and закупорьте a cap a hose of supply of fuel (1) to a cooler (5).
  5. Disconnect from a cooler and at once закупорьте a hose of removal of fuel (2).
  6. Press and disconnect hoses of removal of fuel (2) and cooling liquid (4).
  7. Turn out fixing bolts (7) and remove assembly of a cooler of fuel (5), having disconnected from it a hose of supply of cooling liquid (3).
  8. Installation is made upside-down.
  9. In summary start the engine and check on existence of signs of development of leaks components of power supply systems and engine cooling.
