6.3.9. Removal and installation of the fuel pump of a high pressure (TNVD)

Details of TNVD installation (М612)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
  2. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
  3. To Otboltita from TNVD (2) the pressure head line (1), - do not weaken the carving union (3) which should be held from a provorachivaniye the second key. Disconnect from a lifting eye of the power unit an arm (4).
  4. Remove from pump assembly (2) arm (5).
  5. Release fixing collars (7) and take aside lines of return of fuel (6).
  6. Disconnect the returnable line (6) from TNVD (2), - prepare for collecting spilled fuel.

The sealing ring is subject to replacement without fail.

  1. Turn out bolts (8) and remove TNVD (2) assembly.

TNVD is not subject to dismantling! In case of need the driving element (9) can be removed from it (prepare a replaceable sealing ring (10).

  1. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing elements, track observance of purity of interfaced surfaces and correctness of landing of a driving element (9).

The worn-out driving element (9) is replaced complete with an intermediate asterisk of a drive of TNVD.

  1. In summary make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an air purifier and the activator of a drive of a butterfly valve with the top air lines (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
  2. For Otboltita from TNVD (1) pressure head line (3) and the line of return of fuel (4), - prepare replaceable sealing elements (a cone and a ring).

The carving union (3а) should be held from a provorachivaniye by means of the second key.

  1. Disconnect a line of communication (shooter) from the valve of control of quantity of a mix (Y94).
  2. Turn out bolts (5) and remove TNVD (1) assembly.

Do not open TNVD assembly, - in case of need remove the floating coupling (6)!

  1. Estimate degree of wear of the coupling (6), in case of need make its replacement (assembled with an intermediate gear wheel of TNVD and the centrifugal proof-reader (13)).
  2. Installation is made upside-down, - track, that at TNVD installation a nest (14) intermediate asterisks were developed in the same direction, as a zero label (arrow). Do not forget to replace a sealing element of a natyazhitel. Do not forget to replace all sealing elements, track observance of purity of interfaced surfaces.
  3. In summary make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
