6.3.10. Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzlesModels 463.323 (М612)
Highway
Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway (М612)
|
|
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor (B4/6) and the valve regulator of pressure (Y74).
- Remove топливопроводы nozzles (21/6).
- Disconnect from the fuel highway (21) pressure head (19/1) and returnable (21/4) lines, - for keeping of a shtutserny nut from a provorachivaniye use the second key.
- Remove the line of return of fuel from a cooler (22) and the line of removal of oil (21/3), - prepare replaceable sealing rings.
- Remove the fuel highway (21), in case of need remove nozzles (see below).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
- In summary start the engine and check components of a fuel path on existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Nozzles
Details of installation of nozzles (М612)
|
|
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders (7 and 8).
- Disconnect from nozzles (Y76) electroconducting.
- Remove топливопроводы (1).
- Release clamps (2) and remove the line of removal of oil (3), - use a cap natural a cutting head.
- Release clamps (2) and disconnect the maslootvodyashchy line (3), - clamps (2) are subject to replacement without fail.
- Remove clamps (4) and take nozzles (Y76).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
- In summary start the engine and check components of a fuel path on existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

|
- Remove an air purifier (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove топливопроводы nozzles (21/6) and the pressure head fuel line (19/1).
- Turn out bolts (2) and remove the fuel highway (21).
- Installation is made upside-down, - tighten fixing bolts only after installation of pressure head lines.
- In summary start the engine and check components of a fuel path on existence of signs of development of leaks, clear memory of the module of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

Nozzles
Details of installation of nozzles (М628)

|
- Remove an air purifier (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove an air inlet assembled with the MAF sensor (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- To Otboltita also take aside the left inlet air line (4) (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove the right and left covers of nozzles (2).
- Disconnect from nozzles electroconducting and топливопроводы (6).
- Release clamps (7), then remove and take aside lines of removal of oil (8).

Clamps is subject to replacement without fail! |
- Remove clamps (10) and take nozzles (Y76).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
