6.3.16. Removal and installation of the module of management by fuel injectionModels 463.323 (М612)

- On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).

- Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire and заизолируйте the polar plug. If the battery is removed from the car, disconnect from it also positive wire.

- Remove the carpet panel in the right forward foot well.
- Without disconnecting electroconducting, dismantle the forward module of perception and activation of a signal (SAM) (see. Head Onboard electric equipment).
- Give a nut (1).
- Previously having turned out screws (2), remove an arm (5).
- Give nuts (3) and disunite sockets (5, 6, 7, 8 and 9), - do not forget to release clamps where they are provided.
- Having submitted down and back, remove from the dashboard the module of management of CDI (N3/9).
- Turn out bolts (11) and separate the module from a basic arm (4).
- Installation is made upside-down, - at the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- In summary make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
