6.3.12. Removal and installation of the valve regulator of pressure of fuel

Details of installation of the valve regulator of pressure on diesel models (M612/628)

1 — the Fuel highway (М612) / klapanny assembly (М628)
2 — Bolts (TORX)

Y74 — the Valve regulator of pressure of fuel

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. On models with the M612 engine remove the fuel highway (see. The section Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and nozzles), on models with the M628 engine remove the klapanny block (see. Section Removal and installation of klapanny assembly).

It is most reasonable to replace the valve regulator assembled with the fuel highway / клапанным the block.

  1. In case of need the valve regulator of pressure (Y74) can be removed with clamped in a vice with soft sponges of the highway / клапанной assemblies by a reversing of fixing bolts (2).
  2. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  3. In summary start the engine and check power supply system components on existence of signs of development of leaks.
