6.4.9. Removal and installation of a cooler of EGRDiesel models

- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove panels of furnish of a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Disconnect hoses of an okhladitelny path (1, 2 and 3).
- Disconnect the vacuum line (4), take her together with a fixing collar aside and uncover (5).
- Release a bolt (8) on an arm (9), turn out a bolt (10) and disconnect from a cooler (7) device of heating of fuel (6).
- Turn out a hollow bolt of shtutserny connection (11) fastenings of the line of return of fuel (12) to the fuel highway.
- Turn out bolts (13) fastenings of an arm (14) and a cooler (7). Remove an arm (14).
- To Otboltita from a head of cylinders and system of release (16) also remove a cooler (7).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
- In summary check components of power supply systems and engine cooling on existence of signs of development of leaks.

- Remove protection of a case.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove an air purifier (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove the right inlet air line (13) (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove the panel of furnish of a maslonalivny mouth (14).
- Remove the fuel filter (1), - the filter is subject to replacement without fail.
- Remove the left and right air inlets assembled with MAF sensors (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove the activator of a drive of a butterfly valve assembled with the top air lines (10) (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
- Remove klapanny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of klapanny assembly).
- Remove a pozitsioner of EGR (see. Section Removal and installation of pozitsioner of EGR).
- Turn out bolts (2а and 2с) and remove the right connecting branch pipe (2). Prepare replaceable sealing laying (2b).
- Turn out bolts (3а, 3с and 3d) and remove top half of the right section of the air distributor (3). Prepare replaceable sealing laying (3b).
- Turn out bolts (4а, 4с and 4d) and remove top half of the left section of the air distributor (4). Prepare replaceable sealing laying (4b).
- Disconnect vacuum hoses from vacuum blocks (9) of shutdown of the right and left inlet ports.
- Turn out a bolt (7) and отболтите assembly vacuum blocks (9) with the device of shutdown of the left inlet port from the air distributor.
- At first pull up the back party (And) EGR cooler (8), then submit back its forward party (In) and remove a cooler (7) from connecting branch pipes (11 and 12). In case of need prepare replaceable sealing rings.
- Installation is made upside-down.
