Details of installation of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid of a control system of the CDI M628 engine (1 of 2)

1, 5, 5а — Bolts

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove an air purifier (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
  2. Remove the right air inlet with the MAF sensor (B2/7) (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path).
  3. Liberate an air line (15) of clamps in a wheel arch.
  4. Remove the panel of furnish right heads of cylinders (17).
  5. Turn out a bolt (1) and take aside an air line (2).
  6. Turn out a bolt (5а) and uncover (6).
  7. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor of pressure (В28).
  8. Disunite sockets (N14/2x1 and N14/2x2) on a block of target tension of system of preheat (N14/2).
  9. Having compressed lock uvulas (9), disconnect from the vacuum pump (8) the line (7).
  10. Release clamps (10) and shift the vacuum line (7) aside.
  11. Turn out a bolt (11).
  12. Remove from directing pins (13) cable sleeve (12) and open it for the purpose of ensuring access to the socket of electroconducting of the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (B11/4).
  13. Having wrung out a screw-driver a collar (14), remove the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid (B11/4), - prepare for collecting spilled liquid.
  14. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
  15. In summary make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
