Details of installation of the EGR valve on petrol models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover power a unit/air purifier (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  2. Remove an inlet air line assembled with the MAF sensor (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  3. Give a shtutserny nut (89/3) on the EGR (89) valve.
  4. Disconnect EGR (89/1) tube from the inlet pipeline (19) and a head of cylinders.
  5. Disconnect electroconducting from a transdyuser of EGR (Y31/1).
  6. Remove the EGR (89) valve.
  7. Installation is made upside-down, - in order to avoid jamming of the lever of a drive of a butterfly valve, track correctness of laying vacuum a tube, EGR (Y31/1) going from a transdyuser.
