6.4.10. Removal and installation of pozitsioner of EGR

Details of installation of pozitsioner of EGR on models 463.333 (М628)

1a-1d — Hoses of an okhladitelny path 2 — the Bulk mouth of ATF 2a-2s, 5a-5f — Bolts 3, 4 — Arms 6a-6s — Sealing laying	7 — the Pneumatic line 7а — Collars Y27/9 — the Left pozitsioner of EGR Y27/10 — the Right pozitsioner of EGR

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service). Remove an air purifier (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path). Remove the left and right air inlets with MAF sensors (see. Section Service of components of an inlet air path). Disconnect electroconducting from pozitsioner of EGR (Y27/9 and Y27/10). Remove the central section of the antispray screen. Disconnect from pozitsioner of EGR hoses of an okhladitelny path (1a-1d). Turn out bolts (2а, 2b and 2с) and take aside a bulk mouth of ATF (2), - do not take щуп. Remove arms (3 and 4), pribolchenny EGR to a pozitsioner and the air distributor. Release a collar (7а) fastenings of the pneumatic line (7). Turn out bolts (5a-5f) and remove a pozitsioner (Y27/9 and Y27/10). Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to replace sealing elements.
