5.2.15. Removal and installation of the compressor of To/in system

Petrol models

Details of installation of the compressor of To/in system on petrol models

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make central air discharge in the conditions of specialized HUNDRED.
  2. Remove auxiliary ventilyatorny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary ventilyatorny assembly).
  3. Remove the To/in system condenser (see. Section Removal and installation of the condenser of To/in system).
  4. Remove a radiator of system of cooling (see. Section Removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling).
  5. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
  6. Disunite the socket (А9x1) of electroconducting of the К/В compressor.
  7. Turn out screws (2) and remove entrance (4) and pressure head (3) lines of a refrigerator path, - at once muffle the open ends of lines and connecting unions in order to avoid hit to the moisture highway, prepare replaceable sealing rings (5).
  8. Turn out fixing screws (1) and remove assembly of the compressor (А9) of К/В system.
  9. Remove receiver dehumidifier assembly (see. The section Removal and receiver dehumidifier installation), - a receiver is subject to replacement without fail. Do not forget to cork the open ends of refrigerator lines.
  10. Installation is made upside-down

Fixing screws (1) should be filled on the places before compressor installation.

  1. Track, that in system it was added necessary (on number of the replaced components, - see. Specifications) amount of refrigerator oil. Do not forget to grease before installation new sealing rings compressor oil.
  2. Start the engine and let's to it work on single turns within about 4 minutes with the conditioner switched on on the maximum hladoproizvoditelnost, - the air temperature, submitted to salon via deflectors of the central air lines by dashboards should not fall below value +5°С.
  3. Make sure of lack of signs of development of leaks from a refrigerator path.

Diesel models

G270 CDI (М612)

Details of installation of the compressor of To/in system on diesel models with the M612 engine


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Empty cooling system, in the conditions of specialized HUNDRED make central air discharge.
  2. Remove receiver dehumidifier assembly (see. The section Removal and receiver dehumidifier installation), - replacement of a receiver should be made each time after opening of a refrigerator path. Do not forget to cork the open ends of refrigerator lines.
  3. Remove a radiator of system of cooling (see. Section Removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling).
  4. On as appropriate completed models (H12 code) remove assembly of an additional heater (see. The section Removal and installation of an additional heater of STH (at the corresponding complete set)).
  5. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
  6. Remove the left sleeve of a path of system of pressurization.
  7. Disunite the socket (А9x1) of electroconducting of the К/В compressor.
  8. Turn out fixing bolts (1 and 3) and remove entrance (2) and pressure head (4) lines of a refrigerator path, - at once muffle the open ends of lines and connecting unions in order to avoid hit to the moisture highway, prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  9. Turn out fixing bolts (5) and remove assembly of the compressor (А9) of К/В system.
  10. Installation is made upside-down.

At installation of the new compressor slightly dump in it pressure, complete with the compressor also broad valve, entrance and pressure head lines with sealing rings are replaced.

  1. Modify coolant level in the compressor, in summary check components refrigerator and okhladitelny (models with the H12 code) paths on existence of signs of development of leaks.

G400 CDI (М628)

Details of installation of the compressor of To/in system on diesel models with the M628 engine

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Open a cowl.
  2. Empty cooling system, in the conditions of specialized HUNDRED make central air discharge.
  3. Remove receiver dehumidifier assembly (see. The section Removal and receiver dehumidifier installation), - replacement of a receiver should be made each time after opening of a refrigerator path. Do not forget to cork the open ends of refrigerator lines.
  4. Remove the To/in system condenser (see. Section Removal and installation of the condenser of To/in system).
  5. On as appropriate completed models (H12 code) remove assembly of an additional heater (see. The section Removal and installation of an additional heater of STH (at the corresponding complete set)).
  6. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
  7. Remove the left bottom air line of a path of pressurization.
  8. Disunite the socket (А9x1) of electroconducting of the К/В compressor.
  9. Turn out screws (1) and remove entrance (11) and pressure head (10) lines of a refrigerator path, - at once muffle the open ends of lines and connecting unions in order to avoid hit to the moisture highway, prepare replaceable sealing rings.
  10. Turn out fixing bolts (2 and 2а) and, having pulled up, remove assembly of the compressor (А9) of К/В system.
  11. Installation is made upside-down.

At installation of the new compressor slightly dump in it pressure, complete with the compressor also entrance and pressure head lines with sealing rings are replaced.

  1. Modify coolant level in the compressor, in summary check components refrigerator and okhladitelny (models with the H12 code) paths on existence of signs of development of leaks.
