5.2.6. Removal and installation of the circulating pump of a heater

Details of installation of the circulating pump of a heater



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove protection of a case.
  2. Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  3. Uncover an engine/air purifier (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
  4. Remove the right sleeve of a fence of air (1), - on the models equipped with the engine of a series 612, disunite the socket on a hose of system of ventilation of a case.
  5. Disunite the socket (2) electroconductings of the circulating pump (М13).
  6. Release fixing collars (3) and disconnect hoses (4 and 5).
  7. Remove a loker of protection of an arch of the right forward wheel.
  8. Turn out fixing screws (6) and, having pulled up, remove assembly of the circulating pump (М13).
  9. Installation is made upside-down.
  10. In summary check components of system of cooling on existence of signs of development of leaks.
