5.2.2. Removal and control panel installation by functioning of systems of heating / ventilation / air conditioning

Details of installation of the control panel functioning of systems of heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC) (N22)



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire.

    7 — the Auxiliary accumulator

  1. Uncover the central (console) section of the dashboard (see. Head Body).
  2. The control panel is simply latched by functioning of HVAC (N22) in clamps of a cover and for removal it should be pulled outside.
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - track reliability of a zashchelkivaniye of clamps of the panel.

After replacement of the HVAC control panel it is necessary to make procedure of synchronization of servomotors by means of the diagnostic STAR DIAGNOSIS scanner, connected to the car DLC socket (see an illustration the Scheme of connection of the STAR DIAGNOSIS (0100) input reader to the diagnostic DLC socket (X11/4)), - address on firm HUNDRED Mercedes-Benzs.
