5.2.8. Check of level of a coolant in a working path of To/in system

Observe all necessary precautionary measures connected with service of To/in systems (see. Section General information and security measures)!

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If the receiver dehumidifier To/in is located ahead of a radiator, remove a forward decorative lattice (see. Head Body).
  2. Wipe glass of an observation port (shooter) on receiver dehumidifier assembly.
  3. Disunite the socket (2) of the low-pressure head sensor switch and перемкните plugs of the last.
  4. Start the engine on single turns.
  5. Turn on the fan of a heater and activate To/in system in a mode of the maximum hladoproizvoditelnost.
  6. Remove a crossing point from the socket of the sensor switch of pressure and, having glanced in an observation port of a receiver dehumidifier, make sure of lack of signs of a puzyreniye of a coolant (at primary start of svezhezapravlenny system formation of air bubbles should not cause concern, - wait about 10 minutes, - bubbles should disappear, the insignificant puzyreniye is also admissible at high [> 35°С] ambient temperatures)

At operation of the electromagnetic coupling of coupling of the compressor speed of a stream of liquid should increase.

  1. Attentively study an external condition of all components refrigerator To/in, by means of the special detector check them on existence of signs of development of leaks.
  2. Transfer the fan to a high-speed mode "1" and by means of a special measuring instrument measure temperature leaving via the central deflectors of the dashboard of air. 5 minutes of functioning of system later the temperature of air submitted to salon should be in range limits +2°С ÷ +12°С, and the To/in compressor should pass to a cyclic mode (in, otherwise it is necessary to check a condition of the sensor switch of temperature of the evaporator.
  3. Switch off the conditioner and muffle the engine, - more detailed checks of To/in system should be carried out in the conditions of a car-care center workshop.
