5.2.16. Removal and installation of the condenser of To/in system

Petrol models
Details of installation of the To/in condenser on petrol models (with the H02 code)
|
|
- Remove auxiliary ventilyatorny assembly (see. Section Removal and installation of auxiliary ventilyatorny assembly).
- In the conditions of specialized HUNDRED make the К/В system discharge.
- Disconnect refrigerator lines from a receiver dehumidifier (1) and the condenser (2), - prepare replaceable sealing rings.
- Having pulled in specified in a picture an arrow the direction, remove the condenser (3), - try not to damage heat exchanger plates.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary start the engine on single turns and approximately for 4 minutes turn on the conditioner on the maximum hladoproizvoditelnost, - the air temperature, submitted to salon via deflectors of the central air line of the dashboard, should not fall below value +5°С.
- Make sure of lack of signs of development of leaks from the To/in system path, check serviceability of functioning of system.

Diesel models
Details of installation of the To/in condenser on diesel models (М628)

- The condenser (2) acts in film assembled with a radiator of system of cooling (1), - see. Section Removal and installation of a radiator of system of cooling.
- In case of need turn out bolts (10) and, having pulled in specified in a picture an arrow the direction, liberate the condenser (2) of fixing elements (11), - try not to damage plates of heat exchangers.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary check paths of systems of cooling and air conditioning on existence of signs of development of leaks, make sure of serviceability of functioning К/В.
