12.3.2. Removal and installation of deflectors of air lines of the dashboard

Central deflectors

Details of installation of deflectors of the central air line of the dashboard

PERFORMANCE ORDER

On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID). Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove group of switches of a drive of blocking of differentials (see. Head Onboard electric equipment). Remove the panel (1) groups of switches of console section of the dashboard (see. Head Onboard electric equipment). Need for a detachment of electroconducting is absent, - will provide only access to fixing screws (2) enough. Turn out screws (2) and remove assembly (3) central deflectors, having extended it up with turn from the dashboard, - try not to damage clamps (4). Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing snuffled deflectors on the air lines. On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID). In summary make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics by means of the STAR DIAGNOSIS scanner (6511 1801 00) (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the switch of modes of functioning of lighting devices (see. Head Onboard electric equipment). Disconnect from a nozzle of deflektorny assembly an air line (4). Depending on execution, having accurately released two clamps by means of a long wedge of a suitable form / turn out fixing screws (2) / (2 and 5) and remove the deflector (3), having pulled its top with turn and having liberated from the dashboard, - prepare replaceable lateral basic knot. Installation is made upside-down.

Right side of the dashboard

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the bottom cover on the right under the dashboard (see. Section Removal and installation of the bottom covers of the dashboard). Remove a ware box (see. Section Removal and installation of a ware box). Turn out the screw of fastening of the right air line (7) systems of ventilation/heating of salon. Separate an air line (7) from a nozzle of deflektorny assembly (1), - on a sleeve of an air line loudspeaker electroconducting is fixed. Further act as it should be, similar described above for the left deflector (see above paragraph 3 subsections the Left side of the dashboard). Installation is made upside-down.
