12.3.10. Removal and installation of the central consoleModels 463.250/323/333

- Turn out the bolt located below and uncover the assembly block of safety locks (1).
- Turn out lateral bolts (shooters) of fastening of the central console (10), - for the purpose of ensuring access to bolts shift in convenient situation forward seats.
- On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- Take a key from the ignition lock.

- Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire.
|
|
- Remove a facing frame (85) covers of the basis of the lever of the AT selector.
- Turn out the fixing bolts (87) located in a console ware box.
- Accurately liberate from console assembly (10) forward wooden panel (86).
- Disconnect electroconducting from console switches (S4/3, S46/10 and S97/5).
- Turn out fixing bolts (8).
- Uncover the lever of raising of the parking brake.
- Accurately release clamps (14) and remove assembly (5) back console deflectors of systems of heating/ventilation of salon.
- Remove a chashkoderzhatel (And).
- Release four clamps (two above and two below) and uncover (6).
- Disconnect electroconducting from the socket of power supply (7).
- Disunite the telephone socket (9).
- Turn out bolts (11).
- Cock the parking brake.
- Remove assembly of the central console (10), having submitted it back and up.
- Installation is made upside-down, - at the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- In summary make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics by means of the STAR DIAGNOSIS scanner (6511 1801 00) (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

- Remove a chashkoderzhatel (And).
- Accurately release clamps (14) and remove assembly (5) back console deflectors of systems of heating/ventilation of salon.
- Release four clamps (two above and two below) and uncover (6).
- Disconnect electroconducting from the socket of power supply (7).
- In a console ware box uncover (8) and disunite the socket (9).
- Liberate from console assembly sockets (9 and 11), and also an antenna cable (12), previously having released a clamp (13).
- Turn out fourteen fixing screws and remove assembly of the central console (10).
- Installation is made upside-down.
