12.3.20. Removal and installation of backs of seats

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove assembly of a forward seat (see. Section Removal and installation of assemblies of forward seats). Remove a cap (1) and turn out from the finishing panel (3) the screw (2). Take a sealing cap (shooter) and turn out the fixing screw located under it. Having wrung out back, liberate from clamps and remove the lateral finishing panel (3). Disunite the socket (and) electroconductings of the module of management (N32/1 or N 32/2). Having marked adjusting provisions, disunite sockets (b and c) on a block (X55/3 or X55/4). Turn out screws (4) of the connecting block. On models of the corresponding complete set (the SM7 code and SM/8) remove the control valve (10) and disconnect the pneumatic line (9) of multicircuit adjustment. Take aside electroconducting (5) and (at the corresponding complete set) the pneumatic line, - obvyazochny bandages (6) are subject to replacement without fail. Turn out fixing bolts with left and on the right side and remove a back (8) seats. Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of connection of electroconducting.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove back head restraints and combine a seat back forward. Having hooked, remove the lever (2) otpuskaniye of a clamp of a back. Turn out fixing screws and remove the finishing panel (1). On models of the corresponding complete set (H11 code) disunite sockets (3) electroconductings of heating of a back (R13/6x1 or R13/8x1), cut obvyazny bandages and liberate from a wire back. Remove a lock washer (5), turn out bolts (6) and disconnect the mechanism of blocking of a back. Turn out fixing bolts (7) and remove a back. Installation is made upside-down.
