12.3.21. Removal and installation of pillows of seatsForward seats

- On models of the corresponding complete set (H10 code) remove a connecting block (X55/3 or X55/4) and disconnect from it the contact socket (shooter). Previously having marked, liberate both wires of heating of a seat from a socket casing.
- Release both arms of the module of management.
- On models of the corresponding complete set (the SM7 code and SM/8) remove the control valve (2) and disconnect the pneumatic line 3) multicircuit adjustment.
- Dismantle pins (4).
- Having accurately hooked, remove collars (5).
- Having pressed a pillow (1) down also liberate from directing pins (6).
- Remove a binding (7), prepare replaceable bandages.
- Having submitted forward, remove a pillow (1).
- Installation is made upside-down, - at installation of pins (6) track correctness of an arrangement of springs.

- Remove a back seat (see. The section Removal and installation of assemblies of back seats) also dismantle from it a back (see. Section Removal and installation of backs of seats).
- Lay seat assembly on a suitable support, a cover up.
- On models of the corresponding complete set (H11 code) remove from a cover (2) connecting block (3) heating elements, turn out screws (4) and disconnect the socket (R13/5x1 or R13/7x1).
- Turn out fixing screws and uncover (2).
- Turn out screws (6) and remove an arm (5), - on models of the corresponding complete set (H11 code) release a binding, liberate from a pillow electroconducting (7) and remove it together with an arm.
- Remove anchor knot/knots (8) a back belt (it) safety.
- Installation is made upside-down.
