10.4. Removal and installation of the tank of brake liquid and main brake cylinder (GTTs)Tank

Extraction of landing plugs (In) the tank |

|
- Open a cowl and fix it in vertical situation.
- Unscrew a carving cover (1).
- Take through a mouth of the tank (And) the mesh filter.
- Pump out from the tank (And) brake liquid.
- Disunite the socket (2) electroconductings of the sensor of level of brake liquid.
- Turn out the fixing screw (3) and separate the tank (And) from GTTs, - try not to allow hits of brake liquid on the painted body panels.
- Liberate from the nests in the GTTs case landing plugs (In) the tank (And), - prepare replaceable plugs.
- Installation is made upside-down, - before installation it is necessary to moisten NEW landing plugs with brake liquid.
- In summary add in the tank necessary amount of hydraulic liquid of a demanded grade.

GTTs installation details

- Remove the tank of brake liquid (10) (see above).
- Disconnect from GTTs (1) brake lines (2 and 3).
- Give fixing nuts (19) and remove GTTs (1) from the block of the brake amplifier (16), - do not incline the cylinder in order to avoid injury of fixing uvulas as a result of violation of centering of landing of a persistent rod. Prepare replaceable nuts (19) and a sealing ring (17).

GTTs is not subject to regenerative repair and in case of failure should be replaced! |
