 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. The visual assessment of a condition of blocks can be made through an aperture in a rim and an observation port in remove the brake mechanism (shooter). In parallel it is meaningful to estimate a condition of a brake disk.
  2. In case of need prepare replaceable components.

Removal and installation

Brake shoes should change a set at the same time for both wheels of one axis!

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Liberate from a contact block (52) sensor of wear of blocks (S10/1 or S10/2).
  2. By means of a drift (035) take a fixing finger (41).
  3. Remove a steel spring plate (41а).
  4. By means of a stripper (070) take brake shoes (43).
  5. Separate from a block the sensor of wear of frictional slips (S10/1 or S10/2).

It is necessary to replace the failed sensors.

  1. By means of the special adaptation (031) wring out the piston (47) of the wheel cylinder, - previously pump out a little liquid from the tank, having provided a certain stock of volume on level lifting.

The opposite pair of pistons should be blocked from pushing out by means of wooden struts.

  1. Operating in a similar manner wring out opposite pistons, - try not to bend the thermofilter.
  2. Smooth out directing surfaces of a support by means of a special brush (030).
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - before landing of blocks slightly grease their lateral surfaces (arrows) with special paste. Track, that the fixing finger was planted in a support against the stop, - again use a drift.
  4. In summary check level of brake liquid in the tank, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Turn out from an anchor bracket (1) bolts (3).
  2. Without disconnecting a brake hose, remove a support (2).
  3. Take brake shoes (4).
  4. Wring out in cylinders pistons, - track, that liquid was not forced out too much the GTTs tank, in case of need pump out surplus.
  5. Smooth out a support by means of a special brush.
  6. Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to check and in case of need to correct liquid level in the GTTs tank.
