9.2.19. Removal and installation of entrance and intermediate shaft

Details of installation of entrance and intermediate shaft of a transfer case

1 — the Intermediate shaft
2 — the Entrance (leading) shaft

3 — a switching Fork
4 — a switching Rod

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove assembly of interaxal differential (see. Section Removal and installation of interaxal differential).
  2. Take from a transfer case entrance (leader) (2) and intermediate (1) shaft.
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to modify axial люфты shaft by selection of adjusting washers.
