9.2.11. Removal and installation of the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of interaxal differential

Details of installation of the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of interaxal differential (on an example of a transfer case of a series 750.653)

1 — the Executive cylinder
2 — the Pin
3 — the Spring
4 — the Nut

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of a transfer case).
  2. By means of a suitable stripper dismantle a connecting flange of connection of the driveshaft of a drive of a transfer case.
  3. Release in a diagonal order fixing bolts and remove the executive cylinder (1).
  4. Carefully wipe all components, defective knots replace.
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
