Details of installation of a cover of an intermediate flange

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove assembly of the servomotor (M46/2) of a transfer case (see. Section Removal and installation of the servomotor of a transfer case).
  2. Remove the top back cover (2), - pay attention to distinction of fixing bolts on length.
  3. Uncover an intermediate flange (5), - pay attention to distinction of fixing bolts on length.
  4. Check size axial люфта entrance and intermediate shaft, - in case of need pick up replaceable adjusting washers (8).
  5. Installation is made upside-down.
