Design of a carving cover of two-level type

- Let's to the engine cool down, carefully open a cover of system of cooling, - the cover can have bayonetny (And) or carving (In) a design: the first is applied on the petrol models, the second - on diesel models. It is meaningful to stop a little in more detail on a principle of functioning of the carving cover used on models, equipped with the series 612 engine. The cover opens in two steps: at pressure increase in system to the first control value the bottom reduktsionny valve built in in a cover opens, providing access to the internal chamber of a cover. At further increase in pressure works the top reduktsionny valve and dumping of pressure it is carried out through special ventilating drillings in a mouth of a broad tank, - surplus of a gas phase arrives in ring bore of a mouth and further through a final nipple in the atmosphere. Such design allows to avoid overflow of a broad tank.

- Connect a nozzle (4) with a cover (3) to a tester (2).
- Connect to a nozzle (4) cover of system of cooling (5).
- Having created demanded pressure (see. Specifications), make sure of serviceability of operation of the reduktsionny valve (6), - the valve should nestle densely on a rubber sealant (shooter) and slightly rise at a spring otpuskaniye.
- Faulty cover replace.

Carving cover of two-level type

- Connect to a tester (2) nozzle (3а).
- Screw on a nozzle a cover of system of cooling (5а).
- Having pumped up demanded pressure (see. Specifications), make sure of serviceability of operation of both reduktsionny valves.
- Faulty cover replace.

Replacement of hoses
|
- The conditions of components of system of cooling revealed in the course of check (see. Head the Current leaving and service) the damaged hoses are subject to replacement without fail.
- Merge liquid from cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Weaken and take aside fixing collars. Accurately remove a hose from reception branch pipes. If the hose does not give in to removal, try повращать it, trying not to damage a branch pipe which breakage is fraught with considerable expenses, - remember that branch pipes of a radiator are among enough fragile components! If the hose does not give in, it is necessary for cutting, - cost of a new hose is non-comparable to costs of acquisition of a replaceable radiator. Before cutting a hose, prepare a replaceable element suitable on a standard size.
- At installation of a new hose at first put on it collars then establish a hose on branch pipes. If collars of coupling type were initially established, replace them with the screw/worm. For simplification of installation of rigid hoses moisten internal surfaces of their ends with soap water or heat up in hot water, - in order to avoid stratifications do not lower a hose in boiling water.
- After hose installation on branch pipes check correctness of its laying in an impellent compartment. Establish collars for the hose ends, having got them for a razvaltsovka of branch pipes, and tighten them.
- Fill cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Start the engine and make sure of lack of signs of development of leakages of cooling liquid from the served knot.
