13.2.2. Removal and installation of assembly blocks of safety locks and relay

- On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove from the dashboard the left lateral cover (1).
- Release clamps of fastening of the holder (4) safety locks in the assembly block (F34), - do not forget to mark the adjusting provision of components previously.
- Take from the assembly block (F34) the remained safety locks.
- Accurately release clamps and take from the assembly block (F34) reception nests (5).
- Turn out bolts (2) fastenings of the assembly block (F34).
- Release a lock-nut (6) from the back party of the block (F34) and disconnect from the last electroconducting of a contour 30), - at installation it is necessary to replace a lock-nut.
- Remove the assembly block (F34).
- Turn out bolts (3) and remove the assembly block (F2) on 8 safety locks.
- Installation is made upside-down, - at the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- In summary make reading of the DTC codes and cleaning of memory of system of onboard self-diagnostics by means of the STAR DIAGNOSIS scanner (6511 1801 00) (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).

- Turn out fixing screws (1) and, having pulled in the direction specified by an arrow, uncover (2) at the left under the dashboard.
|
|
- Turn out screws (3) and, having pulled in the direction specified by shooters, uncover (4).
|
|
- Turn out screws (6), liberate the assembly block (5) of the landing nest and lower it down for the purpose of ensuring access to safety locks.

- On the Versatile person models with long base, having hooked a screw-driver, remove the persistent brackets established in a forward part of a sled of the right forward seat.

At installation of a bracket should be planted strictly in a certain situation on removal (2) from runner edge. |

- Shift the right seat forward against the stop.
|
- Turn out fixing screws (1) and, having pulled in the direction specified by an arrow, uncover (2) behind on the right wall of console assembly.

Assembly block which is located in box under installation of the storage battery

- Turn on the auxiliary accumulator and connect it to the regular battery, then disconnect from the last a negative wire.

|
- On models of the corresponding complete set remove a CD changer (EP5 code)/TV tuner (EM9 code) (see. Section Removal and CD changer/TV-тюнера installation).
- Take from reception nests (1) relay of the uniform lock (К44) and a back screen wiper (К68).
- Release fixture (3 and 4) and remove the holder of the relay (2).
- Installation is made upside-down.
