11.3.2. Removal and installation of assembly of the back bridge

Details of installation of assembly of the back bridge

1, 2 — Bolts of fastening of a diagonal bar to the bridge and a frame

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Merge oil from back differential (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  2. Separate the driveshaft from a connecting flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer and tie up it to a frame.
  3. Give nuts of fastening of the bottom support of shock-absorbers (7).
  4. Weaken (but do not turn out) bolts (1 and 2) fastening of a diagonal bar (3) to the back bridge and to a frame.
  5. Disconnect and muffle (9) brake lines filled in the holder, and also the hydraulic line (10) of a drive of blocking of back differential.
  6. Disunite the socket (4) electroconductings on the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of back differential.
  7. Having disconnected from the body party, remove back wheel ABS sensors (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  8. Connect electroconducting of sensors from the side of the bridge.
  9. Disconnect from the lever and remove, having passed through floor panels, cables of a drive of the parking brake (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
  10. On the models which have not been equipped with system of distribution of brake efforts (EBV) disconnect draft (5) automatic regulators of brake pressure.
  11. Liberate cables of a drive of the parking brake from intermediate clamps on longitudinal levers of a suspension bracket (6).
  12. Hang out the car so that it was possible to remove screw springs (8) (see. Section Removal and installation of springs of a forward suspension bracket).
  13. Turn out a bolt (1) fastening of a diagonal bar (3), then submit bridge assembly back and take it from under the car.
  14. To Otboltita from the bridge longitudinal levers (6).

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. To Priboltita to the bridge longitudinal levers (6).
  2. Behind get bridge assembly under the car.
  3. Establish springs (8) (see. Section Removal and installation of springs of a forward suspension bracket).
  4. Screw (but do not tighten) a bolt (1) fastening of a diagonal bar (3).
  5. Lower the car so that there was a possibility of landing of longitudinal levers (6) in a frame.
  6. Having placed on a frame rubber plugs of levers (6), tighten fixing nuts.
  7. Fix in clamps on levers (6) cables of a drive of the parking brake.
  8. Establish into place shock-absorbers (7) (see. Section Removal, check and installation of back shock-absorbers).
  9. Tighten bolts (1 and 2) fastenings diagonal штаги (3).
  10. Establish brake lines and the hydraulic line of a drive of blocking of back differential.
  11. Connect electroconducting to wheel ABS sensors and establish the last on the regular places.
  12. Connect electroconducting (4) to the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential.
  13. On models without EBV establish draft (5).
  14. Connect cables of a drive of the parking brake.
  15. Connect the driveshaft.
  16. Fill in oil in a reducer case (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  17. In summary pump over brake system and a drive of blocking of differentials (see. Heads Transmission line and Brake and auxiliary systems).
  18. Adjust a drive of the parking brake (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems).
