Check of pressure of impellent oil on petrol models

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Having pulled vertically up, remove furnish panels air purifier engine/assembly. Remove fan assembly (8) systems of cooling and its casing (9). Turn out from a cover of a drive of GRM a carving cap (4) and remove it together with a sealing washer (5). The sealing washer is subject to replacement without fail. By means of the drive of GRM planted in a cover on a sealing washer (3) bilateral shtutserny sockets (2) connect to the engine the manometer equipped with a connecting hose (1) for measurement of pressure of oil. Check level of impellent oil, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see. Head Current leaving and service). Take from a directing tube щуп (7) measurements of level of impellent oil and fill instead of it the remote thermometer (6). Start the engine, warm up it to normal working temperature (80°С), then and consider manometer indications at various turns of a cranked shaft. Compare results of measurements to requirements of Specifications. When squeezing a pedal of gas pressure should increase instantly. Installation is made upside-down.

Diesel models (М612)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove from a cover of a head of cylinders the top finishing panels. Further act according to the instructions provided in paragraphs with 4 on 8 (for Petrol models).

Indications act in film at working temperature of oil 90°С. On single turns pressure of oil should not fall below value of 0.3 atm (bar); when squeezing a pedal of gas the indication should increase instantly, reaching value at least 3 atm (bar) on 3000 rpm.
