Assessment of degree of a pulling of a chain of a drive of GRM of the M628 engine



 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Degree of a pulling of a chain of a drive of GRM can be determined indirectly by the provision of a pulley (2) belts of a drive of auxiliary units on an inlet camshaft (1).
  2. Uncover the right head of cylinders (see illustrations of the Detail of installation of covers of heads of cylinders of the M682 engine (1 of 2) and the Detail of installation of covers of heads of cylinders of the M682 engine (2 of 2)).
  3. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Section Replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and elements of the mechanism of its tension).
  4. Turn the engine in the normal direction (shooter) so that the inlet camshaft (1) could be blocked a core (4), - fill a core.
  5. If the pulley (2) belts of a drive of auxiliary units at the blocked shaft (1) appears displaced more than on 11 ° after VMT of rather adjusting label (3) (see the scale put on a pulley), it is necessary to replace a gas-distributing chain.
  6. Installation is made upside-down.
