4.3. Replacement of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units and elements of the mechanism of its tension

Belt

Petrol models (M112/113)

Details of installation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units on petrol models (M112/113)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove ventilyatorny assembly (1 and 2) (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).

Having developed a hairpin (4) tension rollers (5) counter-clockwise, weaken a belt (3) and block a roller by means of a core in diameter of 5 mm.

Remove a belt and attentively study its condition (see. Head Current leaving and service). In case of need make replacement.

Installation is made upside-down, - begin belt landing with a tension roller and act as the numbering specified illustrations. Do not forget to adjust effort of a tension of a belt (see. Head Current leaving and service).

Details of installation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units on the diesel models equipped with the M612 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove the vyazkostny coupling of a drive of the fan of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).

Having developed a natyazhitel (2) and having blocked it a pin (4), weaken, then remove a driving belt (1).

Study a belt condition (see. Head the Current leaving and service), in case of need make its replacement.

Installation is made upside-down, - begin belt landing with a tension roller (see an illustration below). Do not forget to adjust effort of a tension of a belt (see. Head Current leaving and service).

Details of installation of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units on the diesel models equipped with the M628 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a casing of the fan of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
Establish the screen of protection of the radiator/condenser of central air of air (a metal or plastic leaf in the sizes about 400x680x1 mm).
Remove an intermediate cooler of system of a turbo-supercharging (Intercooler) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
Having developed a natyazhitel (2) clockwise, weaken a belt (1) and remove it from the engine.
Study a belt condition (see. Head the Current leaving and service), in case of need make its replacement.
Installation is made upside-down, - begin belt landing with a tension roller (see an illustration below). Do not forget to adjust effort of a tension of a belt (see. Head Current leaving and service).

Natyazhitel

Petrol models (M112/113)

Details of installation of an automatic natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units on petrol models (M112/113)

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a driving belt (3) (see above).
Develop a tension roller (4а) counter-clockwise and fix it by means of a core in diameter of 5 mm.
Having turned out self-cut fixing screws, remove a natyazhitel (4) from a cover of a drive of GRM.
Installation is made upside-down.

Diesel models

М612

Details of installation of an automatic natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units of the M612 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove a driving belt (see above).

Having turned out a fixing bolt remove from assembly of a natyazhitel (5) tension roller (4).

Take a pin (2), a fixing natyazhitel (5) and, having turned out fixing bolts, remove the last from a cover of a drive of GRM.

Installation is made upside-down.

Details of installation of an automatic natyazhitel of a belt of a drive of auxiliary units of the M628 engine

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Remove an intermediate cooler of system of a turbo-supercharging (Intercooler) (1) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).

Remove a driving belt (2) (see above).

Turn out fixing screws (4), - access to the screw will open through sample in a pulley (5) at an engine provorachivaniye in the normal direction, - and remove a natyazhitel (3).

Installation is made upside-down.
