13.5.3. Removal and installation of indexes of turns

Regular indexes

On models of a complete set of AMG of a lens of indexes of turns are closed outside by a protective lattice

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the corresponding block headlight (see. Section Removal and installation of block headlights, replacement of lamps, adjustment of the direction of optical axes).
  2. On models 463.246 remove a protective lattice (And) lenses of the index of turn.
  3. Having hooked, remove from a basic platform (5) a lens (1).
  4. Mark, disunite and заизолируйте sockets (2 and 3) electroconductings.
  5. Holding from a provorachivaniye of a nut of fixing screws through a window under block headlight landing, release fixture and remove a basic platform (5) of the index of turn assembled with a lampoderzhatel (4).
  6. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Against the stop drown a lens of a mirror (1), then accurately liberate it from clamps.
  2. On models without the device of automatic brightness control of reflection disunite the socket (2) electroconductings of heating of a mirror.
  3. On models with the device of automatic brightness control of reflection disunite the flat socket (10) and the shtekerny socket (11).
  4. Turn out fixing bolts (3) and remove assembly of a regulator (4).
  5. Remove the support equipped with a bayonetny lock (6) repeaters of the index of turn.
  6. Turn out screws (7) and remove a repeater lamp (8).
  7. In case of need release clamps and take from a mirror casing a lamp of onboard illumination (9).
  8. Installation is made upside-down.
