Removal and installation
Details of installation of a block headlight

- Uncover block headlights (see. Head Body).
- Turn out a bolt (2) and remove block headlights (E1/E2).
- Disunite the socket (2) electroconductings of a passing/driving beam.
- Disunite the socket (3) electroconductings of marker/parking lights.
- Completely turn out the adjusting screw (4) regulators (5) provisions of a block headlight, develop a regulator to the left and remove from a basic arm (6), - try not to allow peregibaniye of the hydraulic line.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary check correctness of installation of optical axes of headlights, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see below).

Replacement of lamps
Replacement of lamps of a block headlight

|
- Remove a block headlight (see above).
- Remove a rubber back cover.
- Release a spring clamp and take from directing a lamp of a passing/driving beam (2), - try not to touch a lamp flask barehanded.
- Having pulled, liberate from a reflector a lamp of marker/parking light (3), - also try not to touch a flask barehanded.
- Installation is made upside-down.

- Check correctness of a rating of tires (demanded values are specified on inside of a cover of the hatch of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank).
- Remove external covers (a facing framework) block headlights (see. Section Removal and installation of covers of block headlights).
- Establish the handle of the switch of the hydroproof-reader of headlights at the left on the dashboard in situation "0".
- Check should be made in the conditions of a car-care center workshop with application of the special test board established at distance of 10 meters ahead of a checked headlight strictly according to instructions of manufacturers.
- Adjustment is considered correct if the line of a cut of the light spot generated by included in a mode of a passing beam of a headlight it is combined with a horizontal marking (the cut line) working zone of a board to the left of its center. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment by means of vertical (1) and horizontal (2) regulators.
