11.2.2. Removal and installation of assembly of the forward bridge

Details of installation of the forward bridge

1 — the Longitudinal lever
2 — the Frame
3 — the Shock-absorber

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Merge oil from forward differential (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  2. Separate the driveshaft (14) from a connecting flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer and tie up it to a frame.
  3. Give nuts of fastening of the bottom support of shock-absorbers (3).
  4. Weaken fastening of a diagonal bar (4) to a frame.
  5. Disconnect brake lines (5), - at once закупорьте the open ends of lines for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid.
  6. Disconnect (and at once закупорьте) hydraulic lines from the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential.
  7. Disconnect electroconducting from the sensor switch of pressure of blocking of differential.
  8. Turn out contact blocks of sensors of wear of brake shoes.
  9. Remove wheel sensors and the electroconducting laid near assembly of the forward bridge.
  10. Remove a bar of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (6) assembled with racks.
  11. Take шплинт and release a koronchaty nut of fastening of steering longitudinal draft (7).
  12. Vypressuyte cross-section draft (7) from a steering soshka (8).
  13. Disconnect from a frame (2) longitudinal levers (1) suspension bracket.
  14. Hang out the car so that it was possible to remove screw springs (10) (see. Section Removal and installation of springs of a forward suspension bracket).
  15. Turn out a bolt (11) fastenings of a diagonal bar (4), then submit assembly of the bridge (12) forward and take it from under the car.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. In front get assembly of the bridge (12) under the car.
  2. Establish screw springs (10) (see. Section Removal and installation of springs of a forward suspension bracket).
  3. Establish (but do not tighten while) a bolt (11) fastenings of a diagonal bar (4).
  4. Lower the car so that there was a possibility of landing of longitudinal levers (1) in a frame.
  5. Establish rubber plugs (13) and tighten nuts.
  6. Establish shock-absorbers (3) and tighten their fixing nuts.
  7. Tighten fixture of support of the stabilizer of cross-section stability (6).
  8. Tighten a bolt (11) fastenings of a diagonal bar (4) to a frame (2).
  9. Connect cross-section steering draft (7) and tighten a koronchaty nut of its fastening. Fix a nut the shplinty.
  10. Connect brake lines (6), - track, that lines passed on removal not less than 20 mm from springs at any provision of forward wheels.
  11. Connect to the executive cylinder of a drive of blocking of differential hydraulic lines and electroconducting.
  12. Connect electroconducting to contact blocks and sensors of wear of frictional overlays of brake shoes.
  13. Connect the driveshaft (14), - track, that NEW самоконтрящиеся nuts were tightened with demanded effort.
  14. Fill in oil in differential (see. Head Current leaving and service).
  15. Pump over brake system (see. Head Brake and auxiliary systems) also check serviceability of functioning of brakes.
