7.4.5. Removal and generator installationPetrol models
Details of installation of the generator on petrol models
|
|
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- Remove an air purifier (1) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Weaken a driving belt and throw off it from a generator pulley.
- Turn out from a cover of the klapanny mechanism and take aside directing tube measuring щупа.
- Remove the circulating pump of system of cooling (М13) established in a wheel arch.
- Turn out fixing bolts (7), remove the generator (G2) from a basic arm and put it aside.
- Disconnect electroconducting (5, 6) and finally remove the generator (G2).
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Section General information).

Details of installation of the generator on models 463.323 (М612)

|
- On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- Connect to the regular battery the auxiliary accumulator.
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
- Remove protection of a case.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove furnish panels from a cover of a head of cylinders.
- Remove an air purifier (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
- Remove an air line of system of pressurization.
- Disunite the socket (1) electroconducting of a contour 61.
- Disconnect electroconducting of a contour 30 (2).
- Turn out a bolt (3) basic arms.
- Turn out a bolt (4) and remove the line of supply of cooling liquid (on a case of the engine and a turbokompressor), also remove the line of supply of cooling liquid (6), - prepare replaceable sealing elements.
- Turn out from an arm a bolt (7).
- Turn out fixing bolts (8) and, having lowered down, remove the generator (G2), - prepare the replaceable sealing laying established between a flange of an okhladitelny casing and the block of the engine. In case of need dismantle a driving pulley (see below).
- Installation is made upside-down, - do not forget to replace sealing elements.
- Deaktiviruyte a service mode of TELE AID system also make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Section General information).
- In summary start the engine and check it on existence of signs of development of leakages of cooling liquid.

- On models of the corresponding complete set (ET2 code) activate a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID (see. Section Activation/deactivation of a service mode of system of an emergency call of TELE AID).
- Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
- To Poddomkratta the car also establish it on props.
- Remove protection of a case.
- Empty cooling system (see. Head Current leaving and service).
- Remove an air purifier (1) and an air inlet (2) (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- Uncover (3).
- Remove a casing of the fan and a radiator of system of cooling (see. Head of System of cooling, heating, ventilation and air conditioning).
- Remove a cooler of air of pressurization (see. Head of the Power supply system and production of the fulfilled gases).
- For the purpose of ensuring access remove the hoses laid ahead of the generator (G2) (4) okhladitelny paths.
- Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units (see. Head Engine).
- Turn out a bolt (5) fixings of the line of an okhladitelny path.
- Turn out a bolt (6) and remove directing tube measuring щупа.
- Disunite the socket of electroconducting (7).
- Release a nut (8) fastenings to the plug B generator + and liberate electroconducting.
- Turn out a bolt (9) fixings of a plait of electroconducting.
- Turn out fixing bolts (11) and remove a basic arm (10) modules of management.
- Turn out bolts (12) fastenings of a casing of a cooler (13).
- Wring out the generator (G2) assembled with a casing of a cooler (13) to the right and, having submitted forward, take it from an impellent compartment, - prepare replaceable sealing rings.
- Installation is made upside-down. Track tightness of landing of a directing tube measuring щупа and correctness of connection to an air purifier of an air inlet (2).
- In summary деактивируйте a service mode of TELE AID system, make cleaning of memory of the processor of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. The section the General information) also check the engine on existence of signs of development of leakages of cooling liquid.

- Remove the generator (see above).
- Dismantle a cap (4), - the cap is subject to replacement without fail.
- By means of a face head (3) отболтите a pulley (1), - a shaft (2) generators keep from a provorachivaniye by means of the six-sided or notched head.
- Installation is made upside-down.
