10.10. Removal and installation of rotors of wheel ABS sensors

Forward sensors

Details of installation of a rotor of the forward wheel ABS sensor

1 — the Rotor

2 — the Power shaft

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Make dismantling of a power shaft (2) (see. Head Transmission line).
  2. Clamp a shaft (2) in a vice.
  3. Having pierced on 2 mm and having pulled down a chisel, remove a rotor, - try not to damage a shaft.
  4. Before landing to a shaft warm up a replaceable rotor to order temperature 80°С, then use a suitable opravka.

Back sensors

Details of installation of a rotor of ABS of external landing on models with drum-type brake mechanisms of back wheels

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a semi-axis (2), disassemble it (see. Head the Transmission line) also clamp in a vice.
  2. By means of the suitable adaptation remove a rotor (1) from a semi-axis.

On models with internal landing of rotors unscrew a pro-carved nut (see. Head Transmission line).

  1. Installation is made upside-down.
