- The design of a lever drive of a butterfly valve is shown on illustrations above, in case of need dismantle an air purifier (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
- Make greasing of sharnirny connections of the driving mechanism, spherical assemblies should be divided, filled greasing, then to joint again, - do not forget about a spherical support on the sensor of provision of a pedal of gas (В37).
- Carefully grease all basic surfaces of drafts and levers, and also open sites of hinges and cables.
- Slowly squeeze out against the stop, then release a gas pedal, - at identification of signs люфта or jammings replace a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve (see below).

- Check freedom of a course and the general condition of the lever (2) of the item sensor (TPS) and a driving cable (1).
- Start the engine on single turns, - the lever (2) TPS should nestle on an emphasis (and) a zaslonka closed position (the pedal of gas (5) is released). In case of need correct position of the lever by rotation of the adjusting screw (3), having completely chosen taking place люфт.
- Connect the STAR DIAGNOSIS input reader and make cleaning of memory of the module of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
- Squeeze out a gas (5) pedal against the stop in the sensor switch of activation of the kickdown (4) mode (do not activate a mode), and by means of the adjusting screw (3) achieve, that the TPS lever nestled on an emphasis (b).
- Again make cleaning of memory of the module of system of onboard self-diagnostics (see. Head of System of electric equipment of the engine).
- Visually make sure of completeness of a course of a butterfly valve, grease open sites of a driving cable with anticorrosive greasing (001 989 37 51 10).

- Disconnect a driving cable (30) from a head of a spherical support.
- Compress together plastic clamps (30/4) and pull outside fixed lever (10) assembled with a driving cable (30).
- Uncover at the left under the dashboard.
- Push a cable from salon in an impellent compartment, - try not to allow losses of the rubber plug (30/6) through passage.
- Take hummock assembly (30) of an impellent compartment.
- Installation is made upside-down.
- In summary adjust a drive (see above) and grease open sites of hummock assembly with anticorrosive greasing (001 989 37 51 10).

- Disconnect a returnable spring (31/9).
- To Raschekanta lock washer (25/3).
- Delay transferring lever with the built-in remote coupling (25/4), - do not disconnect a cable of a drive of a butterfly valve
- Disunite the electric socket.
- To Otboltita the sensor of provision of a pedal of gas (R25/2) from the fixed lever (25/5).
- Installation is made upside-down, - track correctness of landing of a lock washer. Check serviceability of functioning of a drive, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (see above).

- Remove a clamp (24/3).
- Disconnect the bottom end of a pedal of gas (1).
- Develop a pedal (1) to the left on a rod (2) so that sample (3) got on a cam (4) rods (2).
- Remove a pedal, having submitted it back and having separated from a rod.
- Installation is made upside-down.

- Uncover (1) at the left under the dashboard.
- Remove pedal assembly (2) (see above).
- Remove forward section of a carpet in a driver's foot well.
- Remove a spring (3).
- Turn out bolts (4) fastenings of a rotary support (6) to a partition of an impellent compartment.
- Remove a lock ring (5).
- Remove a rotary support (6) assembled with the lever of a pedal (7).
- Take blocking pin (8) and separate a support (6) from the lever (7).
- Installation is made upside-down, - track, that a pin (8) got to a reception nest in a partition of an impellent compartment.
