6.2.11. Removal and installation of the fuel distributive highway and injectors

Highway

Details of installation of the fuel distributive highway

1 — the Cover of the power unit with the built-in air purifier
2 — the Service valve
3 — the Clamp
4 — the Plastic cover

5 — the Fuel highway
6 — the Line of supply of fuel
7 — Bolts
Y62 — the Fuel injector

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Uncover the power unit with the built-in air purifier (1) (see. Section Removal and installation of components of an inlet air path).
  2. To Otboltita clamp (3).
  3. Remove a plastic cover (4).
  4. Via the service valve dump pressure in a power supply system, - prepare for collecting forced-out fuel.
  5. To Otboltita line of supply of fuel (6).
  6. Turn out fixing bolts (7) and remove the fuel distributive highway (5) assembled with injectors (Y62) from the inlet pipeline.
  7. Installation is made upside-down.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove the fuel distributive highway (17).
  2. Take injectors (Y62).
  3. Installation is made upside-down, - in case of need replace sealing rings. Before installation sealing rings should be oiled. Track, that antirotational clamps (16/7) were latched on rectangular nozzles (shooter).
